Pungent Deliciousness!
This week as been the week of garlic! I made my own minced garlic and jarred it to keep in the fridge. Much better quality and a good deal cheaper. Today I made garlic confit! Tasty good. Not only does it produce a succulent buttery spread, it also creates the most tantalizing garlic flavored olive oil.
I'll get those posts up soon; school and work have hindered progress on this here little blog, but I'm hopeful that will calm down in the next few weeks.
